Creating Neue Brew

The gluten-free beer with a flavor that everyone can love.
NeueBrew is a new brand of beer that is completely gluten-free through the brewing process, all the way to ingestion. There are many gluten-free substitutes for those that are celiac or gluten-sensitive when it comes to hanging out at an outdoor or communal venue.
While substitutes are great, they are not a true replacement for those who appreciate the craft and hints of distinctive flavor in a real beer but are unable to. Our mission is to deliver that flavor through our gluten-free process and environment so that the casual beer consumer and gluten-allergic friend can kick back together and cheers, enjoying the same brew.

Yes! You're seeing the design process in real time as my wife, Teia Hagood, and I continue to develop Neue Brew. We're currently in the stages of creating samples, getting critical feedback, and refining our marketing strategy.
The breakdown of this operation is that Teia is developing the business plan and models, while I tackle the marketing and branding. Part of the plans for the brand design is to use fluid shapes and art to reflect the organic nature of our beloved beer. In each new flavor and batch we experiment with, we get closer to our dream of starting a brewery. But first, we'll need to get these beers out to market!
